The client pays a mutually agreed hourly development fee which is decided at the time of contract signing. Hence, the cost is determined by the amount of time and resources utilized. This option allows the client to revise the size of the Reticle Web Marketing team, and at the same time, optimize the cost and duration of the project.

Fixed Price

Fixed Price Business Model is suitable for projects that have a clear or refined project requirements, schedules and project path. Reticle Web Marketing works with the customer to define their expected deliverable outcomes to determine a mutually agreed fixed price under this model. We leverage this model in areas where we have domain expertise and accurately defined evaluation processes to set up the resource devotion. Our focus is to deliver consistency and excellence in executing projects in a timely and, cost efficient fashion.

Offsite Development Center and Virtual Team Model

Reticle Web Marketing has a state-of-the-art development center which enables its clients to utilize our technical expertise, experience and exposure which we have developed over the years. Through this model we provide our customers highly experienced professionals with varied skill sets and resources working full-time and dedicatedly serving as an extension to their existing business. We strictly adhere to clients’ business critical objectives while mutually considering the ideas, design validations, development processes, test plans and schedules for implementing the project under consideration.

Intellectual Property Licensing

At Reticle Web Marketing, Intellectual Property is viewed as a profit center, which involves legal, technical as well as business considerations. Working as the clients’ software developer and supplier, Reticle Web Marketing does not own the intellectual property of the work done for its clients. The client owns the intellectual property, until unless specified and agreed mutually. However, Reticle Web Marketing also develops software products and components completely at its own cost, which are clearly identifiable in a project assigned to and developed by Reticle Web Marketing. Reticle Web Marketing can provide these products and components at incremental costs to its clients, when required and proposed by the client.
